Refund Policy

Last updated: 11 August 2026

We want you to be able to try ClarityTrail properly and leave easily if it is not right for you. This policy explains how trials, cancellations and refunds work.

1. Free trial

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. A payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends. Cancel before the end of the trial and no payment is taken.

2. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time from the Account page in the app. Cancellation stops future renewals. You keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and your subscription then ends automatically — there is nothing else to do.

3. Refunds

  • Monthly plan. If you contact us within 14 days of a monthly charge and you are not happy with the service, we will refund that charge in full.
  • Annual plan. If you contact us within 30 days of an annual charge, we will refund it in full.
  • After those windows. Charges are generally non-refundable, because you have had access for the period concerned. We will still consider fair requests — for example an accidental renewal you have not used, a duplicate charge, or a period where the service was substantially unavailable — and we handle these case by case.

4. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which charge you mean. We aim to reply within two business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle, our payment provider, and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

5. Your statutory rights

This policy is in addition to any refund or cancellation rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you. Nothing here takes those rights away.
